Returns & Exchanges
We are a customer priority company and our main goal is to ensure you shop happy with us. If your item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, you should be eligible for returns & exchange.
To return products simply fill out our contact us form or send us an email to ‘hello@tolicious.com’ with your order number, tracking information, modification or exchanges you would like to make, with a photograph of the product, and we would guide you through the rest of the process.
Once we’ve received and checked your returned product and it is approved, we will offer you a coupon of the equal or higher value of money spent on a product where applicable, or a bank refund of your money! (Refunds can take up to 5-14 days to process depending on your bank).
You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
Note that shipping fees are not refundable and you are responsible for the cost of the returns shipping fee.
Cancellation of Order
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 6 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sales items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you send products for an exchange you shall be responsible for the new exchanged shipping fee.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please do not send back products or request bank refunds without contacting us and it’s approved by our customer service team.
